How do couples connect their wedding to me?

Each couple has a unique Couple ID in their Kavi portal. They invite you with it, and their wedding appears in your Fern portfolio — no manual data entry.

Can my couples see my internal notes?

Never. Vendor notes and planner-only checklist items are enforced at the database level. Couples only ever see the simplified, shared view you choose.

Is the cultural content AI-generated?

No. Every protocol note and tradition briefing is authored and human-reviewed by cultural consultants. Kavika helps you apply it — she does not invent it.

What happens when I outgrow Solo?

Upgrade any time. Professional adds seats and role permissions; Agency removes all limits. Founding Planner pricing, once claimed, is locked permanently.
